High Season (May through September) |
$170 per night or $950 per week |
| Low Season (October through April) | $130 per night or $700 per week |
High Season 3 night minimum. Low Season 2 night minimum.
The rates are based on 4 people. Extra people are $10 per night per person (to a maximum of 8 people).
Well behaved pets are welcome.
Check out is 11am. Check in is 4pm. Please contact us if you would like to check in/out outside of these hours and we will do our best to accomodate you.
We take a 50% deposit when the rental is booked. 10% is non-refundable, the other 40% is refundable if we are given 14 days cancellation notice. Balance is due upon arrival. At check-in we also take a refundable damage deposit.
